Terms & Conditions – The VIV Terminal

All reservations should be made at least 24 hours prior to flight time.
Bookings are subject to availability and approval.
Due to special departure procedures that are mandated by some airlines, passengers guests may not be able to use the VIV terminal or the VIV chauffeur services to the aircraft.
Passengers must arrive at the VIV with their luggage at least 2 hours prior to their flight departure.
We are not responsible for missed flights as a result of guests arriving late or where the visa documentation to the destination is insufficient, incomplete or incorrect.
Guests are responsible to have valid travel documents and should confirm any doubts with the airline.

The VIV is a non-smoking terminal with access to a smoking area nearby.
Excess baggage payments are the responsibility of the guest and baggage must be packed in accordance to the airline requirements.
Service bookings are for a maximum of 4 hours. Extra charges will apply for additional hours. In case of flight delays passengers are welcome to stay at the VIV until it is time for boarding at no additional charge.

Any cancellation should be made at least 48 hours before the confirmed service time to receive a 100% refund.
Any cancellation made between 24 hours and 48 hours before the confirmed service time will receive a 50% refund.
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the confirmed service time will be non-refundable.
Changes to bookings can be made up to 24 hours in advance however they are subject to the availability of the service.
Any refund due will be paid within 30 days of the date of cancellation.

No refunds will be given if the passenger failed to recognize his/her name and missed the service on arrival.
No refunds will be given in case of no-show or if the passengers decline to receive the service for whatever reason.
For Cancellation within 24 hours of the confirmed service time When products are booked with a promotional code; no refunds can be given.

In the event of disruption caused by natural phenomena including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, labor or airline strikes, our normal cancellation and refund terms will apply.
